Responsible gaming

Last updated: 26 October 2026

We make games to be enjoyed. Gambling should always be entertainment — never a way to make money or to escape problems. Our demos play with play money only, but at a casino the stakes are real.

Keep it fun

  • Set a budget before you play and only play with money you can afford to lose.
  • Set a time limit and take regular breaks.
  • Don’t chase losses. Losing is part of the game: trying to win it back usually means losing more.
  • Don’t play when you are upset, tired, under the influence of alcohol, or to cope with stress.
  • Balance gambling with other activities. It should never come before family, friends or work.
  • Use the limits and self-exclusion tools of your casino: deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs.

Warning signs

Gambling may be becoming a problem if you:

  • spend more money or time on it than you planned;
  • borrow money or sell things to gamble;
  • hide your gambling from people close to you;
  • feel restless or irritable when you try to cut down;
  • gamble to win back losses or to escape problems.

If this sounds familiar, you are not alone, and help is free and confidential.

Where to get help

  • Gambling Therapy — free online support worldwide, in many languages.
  • Gamblers Anonymous — meetings and support groups around the world.
  • BeGambleAware — advice and support, and a helpline in the UK.
  • GamCare — support, information and counselling.

Blocking gambling sites

Free tools such as BetBlocker block access to gambling sites on your devices. Your casino can also exclude you on request.

Minors

Gambling is for adults only. Our site asks for your age, and casinos must verify it. If children use your devices, parental control software such as Net Nanny or the built-in controls of your phone and computer can block gambling sites.
